The official public page can be reached. It does not confirm wallet or smart-contract operation.

The application loads. It does not confirm that MetaMask is connected to the correct wallet and network.
Knowledge access
Instructions are available. Published content may be updated separately from the application.
Blockchain activity
BNB Smart Chain is producing blocks. A specific Atlas transaction must still be checked by Tx Hash.

Transaction
Find the Tx Hash and check it on BscScan.
Second check
Retry in another browser or connection without sharing keys.
If a service appears unavailable
Record useful evidence
- Exact date and time with timezone
- Service URL and affected section
- Error message or screenshot
- Wallet extension and browser version
- Tx Hash, if a transaction exists
Never send
- Seed phrase or private key
- Wallet password
- Remote access to your device
- Unknown “verification” transactions
